Shuttle Operations Supervisor

zTrip is looking for a motivated and dependable Shuttle Operations Supervisor to oversee our shuttle drivers and daily transportation operations. This role is responsible for supporting drivers, managing schedules, maintaining service standards, and helping ensure safe and reliable transportation for our customers.

Responsibilities of a Shuttle Operations Supervisor:

• Supervise and support shuttle drivers on a daily basis.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new drivers.
• Create and manage driver schedules and route assignments.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Help maintain safety and DOT compliance standards.
• Address driver concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Work with dispatch, maintenance, and operations teams to keep service running efficiently.
• Track attendance, performance, and other key metrics.

Qualifications of a Shuttle Operations Supervisor:

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Background in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
