This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression for travelers while helping them connect with safe, reliable transportation. Available Shifts:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 5:00 PM–last flight
- Part-Time Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM–last flight
What You’ll Do as an Airport CSR:
- Greet and assist travelers at Jacksonville International Airport
- Help customers locate and arrange ground transportation
- Educate passengers about zTrip services and our mission
- Provide clear directions, transportation guidance, and accessibility assistance
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
