Available Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 5:00 PM–last flight
- Part-Time Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM–last flight
What You’ll Do as an Airport Services Rep:
- Greet and assist travelers at Jacksonville International Airport
- Help passengers locate and arrange ground transportation services
- Inform customers about zTrip services and company mission
- Provide clear directions, transportation assistance, and accessibility support
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
