Senior Recruiter
Required onsite 2 days a week in Wilmington, MA
Looking for a strong generalist who can work cross functionally with all teams, a real flexible attitude to help wherever needed....our current focus is on Tech and Engineering roles. but that can quickly change to G&A and Operations
Typical Qualifications:
- 5 years of technical/recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Ability to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing active and passive candidates using internal resume database, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean/internet searches, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a highly team-based environment
- Experience with Workday/ATS
