We are looking for a reliable and motivated Installer Assistant to help install custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery, in residential and commercial properties throughout the Seattle area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn a skilled trade. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Work on ladders when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service in clients’ homes
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Construction or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must currently live in Washington State
