Are you an experienced glass professional looking for a stable company with an excellent work-life balance? We are a premier glass provider in Seattle, and we are looking for a skilled Residential & Light Commercial Glass and Shower Door Installer to join our team at our Elliott Ave W location.
We respect your time outside of work. That’s why we offer a highly desirable 4-day workweek schedule (10-hour shifts), giving you a consistent 3-day weekend every single week!
Shift & Schedule Options:
Enjoy a compressed workweek with a consistent schedule:
- Option A: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Approx.)
- Option B: Tuesday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Approx.)
- Enjoy a guaranteed 3 days off every week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, fabricate, and install custom glass shower doors and enclosures (frameless, semi-frameless, and framed).
- Install residential and light commercial glass, including windows, mirrors, and storefront glass.
- Safely handle, transport, and load/unload glass products and installation materials.
- Ensure a high level of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism while working on client job sites.
- Safely operate company installation vehicles to and from jobs around the Seattle area.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in residential glass installation, heavy glass shower doors, and light commercial glazing.
- Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, good driving record (required to drive company installation vehicles).
- Skills: Strong measurement skills, physical stamina to lift heavy glass safely, and familiarity with industry hand/power tools.
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners and contractors.

- Job starts and ends daily at our shop: 921 Elliott Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 (Service area covers the greater Seattle region).
