We are looking for an experienced carpenter / glazier to join our fast growing Seattle team.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of blueprint reading, carpentry techniques, and various finishing skills to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Install, service & finish luxury window & door systems and projects
- Install molding, trim, and other woodwork with precision
- Feature walls, paneling, built-ins, and custom finish details
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for custom installations
- Load & unload windows & doors
- Other general warehouse work as required
- Communicate & manage day to day site activities and duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with site safety protocols
- Ensure accurate, clean installation and organized jobsite practices
Experience
- 3 years finish or high-end construction experience
- Able to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Own carpentry tools and skilled with hand and power tools
- Reliable, professional, and highly detail-oriented
- Hands-on experience with custom fine finishing work
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and safe work practices
Compensation
- $34–$40/hr, depending on experience
- Immediate work available
Journeyman carpenter accreditation and custom millwork experience are assets.
This is not production trim — quality and craftsmanship matter.
