Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with technical sales background in embedded systems and NVIDIA/AMD GPU technology to drive the adoption of GPU server platforms. You will act as the technical bridge between our engineering team and our customers, guiding them from design-in to production deployment. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical knowledge of embedded solutions and GPU compute workloads, and the ability to close complex, high-value B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and win new embedded GPU server design-in opportunities within key verticals (Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Intelligent Video Analytics, Medical Imaging).
- Solution Architecture: Consult with customers to understand their specific AI/ML workload requirements, suggesting optimal GPU, hardware, and software configurations (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson/IGX, datacenter GPUs).
- Technical Demonstrations & Training: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and live demos of GPU-enabled hardware, including benchmarking results and software stack integration.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating customer requirements into actionable specifications for internal engineering and product teams.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to negotiation and closing, using CRM tools to forecast revenue accurately.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on GPU trends, competitor products, and edge AI workloads to provide feedback for future product roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years in technical sales, business development, or field application engineering (FAE), specifically with embedded hardware.
- GPU Knowledge: Strong understanding of GPU architectures, CUDA software stacks, or AI/ML inference workloads.
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with embedded systems, Linux environments, and high-speed networking.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex technical architecture into compelling business value propositions for both engineers and executives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, Metropolis, or IGX platforms.
- Experience in high-performance computing (HPC) or server-grade hardware sales.
- Proven record of growing accounts within the edge AI or IoT sectors.
