A Day in the Life

• Lead and develop a team passionate about assay development and post-transplant monitoring.
• Coordinate antibody/antigen and cell-based assays, ensuring detailed assay verification and validation.
• Troubleshoot current assays or products to improve performance and resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver new products or processes.
• Work closely with quality representatives and manufacturing scientists to improve new product development.
  
  

Keys to Success

Education

• Masters in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related discipline and 3 years of relevant experience OR PhD and 1 year of relevant experience
  
  

Experience

• Strong leadership with minimum 4 years team management experience.
• Shown experience in assay development, validation, and troubleshooting.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work closely within deadlines and efficiently implement research projects.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$160,000.00.

This Position May Also Be Eligible To Receive a Variable Annual Bonus Based On Company, Team, And/or Individual Performance Results In Accordance With Company Policy. We Offer a Comprehensive Total Rewards Package That Our U.S. Colleagues And Their Families Can Count On, Which Includes
