Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Design research methodologies, sampling plans, and timelines tailored to client objectives
- Serve as the primary client contact, translating business needs into actionable research solutions
- Write and review questionnaires, IDIs, FGDs, and survey scripts for clarity and relevance
- Analyze data outputs to identify trends, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Present findings through compelling reports and presentations with strong storytelling
- Guide and train junior researchers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards
- Manage vendors, monitor fieldwork quality, and contribute to proposals and business development
Required Skills
