We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Front Desk. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guest at the Ocean Front Resort, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, memorable experience. This role is responsible for managing guest check-ins, and check-outs, answering inquiries, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. The Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills and maintains a positive, friendly demeanor at all times. The Front Desk Agent also coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding the resorts high-service standards
