Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize office software including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for administrative tasks
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and record keeping
- Assist with bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools when necessary
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain organization of files, documents, and correspondence to ensure easy access and retrieval
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
