Server

We are looking to add a Server to our team. The Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, professional and personalized service to guests in an upscale hotel or resort restaurant. This role requires in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, refined service standards and the ability to anticipate guests needs while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality. The Server serves as an ambassador of the resorts brand, ensuring every interaction reflects luxury warmth and consistency. This is a Full Time permanent position which starts at $10.98 plus tips per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
