Zona Restoration is a locally owned restoration company serving the Phoenix metro area since 2012. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Our reputation has been built on trust and doing the right thing.

As we continue to grow into 2026, we’re adding a Business Development Representative to expand and strengthen our referral and partner network across the Valley.

About the Role

This position is centered around relationship-driven business development, not high-pressure sales tactics. Success in this role comes from consistency, credibility, and creating long-term value with referral partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, HOAs, Facility Managers and other related industries.
  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Conduct in-person visits, attend industry events, and make jobsite and office drop-ins to establish and grow referral channels.
  • Represent the Brand: Serve as a professional, knowledgeable point of contact for Zona Restoration in the field.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with operations and marketing to align outreach efforts and follow-through.
  • CRM & Activity Tracking: Log contacts, meetings, and opportunities accurately in the company CRM.
  • Hit Growth Goals: Work toward clear quarterly and annual performance targets tied to company expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Natural Relationship Builder: You’re comfortable starting conversations and maintaining professional connections.
  • B2B Experience Required: At least 2 years in business development, sales, or account management. Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries is a huge plus.
  • Self-Directed: You can manage your time, plan your days, and execute without constant oversight.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident, professional, and effective both in person and over the phone.
  • Organized & Tech-Comfortable: Familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL or similar platforms.
  • High Integrity: You value honesty, accountability, and long-term relationships over quick wins.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earning Potential: $80,000–$175,000 annually based on performance, uncapped.
  • Support & Tools: Company vehicle or fuel stipend, laptop, and cell phone.
