As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Representative to expand our network and help us reach our 2025 goals and beyond! Looking for someone with B2B Sales, please only apply if you have previous experience.

Responsibilities
Developing & Maintaining Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with synergistic industries such as insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, HVAC companies, HOAs, and other strategic referral partners
Expand Our Market Presence: Proactively network, foster relationships, perform pop-ins, schedule meetings, and attend networking events in order to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
Represent the Zona Brand: Promote our services with honesty, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
Collaborate with Our Team: Work alongside our restoration and marketing teams to strategize and maximize business growth opportunities
Report & Track Sales Progress: Maintain accurate records of networking opportunities, client accounts, and activates using our CRM systems
Meet or Exceed quarterly sales goals: We have big goals and you should too. With the right attitude and work ethic we can achieve those goals together
Skills & Qualifications
A Natural Networker – You thrive on making connections, earning trust, and turning relationships into business opportunities
An Industry Professional – You have at least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field
A Self-Starter – You’re driven, goal-oriented, and take initiative without needing constant supervision.
An Excellent Communicator – You’re skilled at building relationships, explaining services, and negotiating deals
Tech-Savvy & Organized – You can efficiently track leads, manage accounts, and utilize CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc..
