Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Staff Software Engineer, Platform, you will design, implement, and optimize core components of Zof AI's real-time software reliability platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, robust, and efficient backend systems. The role also involves contributing to architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members to elevate technical standards. This position plays a critical role in driving innovative approaches to software reliability challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience designing and building scalable infrastructure for distributed systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in reliability engineering, AI, or machine learning is a strong advantage
