Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our New Product Introduction team as a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll collaborate with team members across multiple departments to manage projects from start to finish within product development to go-to-market execution.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including but not limited to: Product Development, Creative, Marketing, and Sales, to manage several project timelines at once.
- Work closely with internal teammates and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.
- Operate project management systems to promote collaboration and transparency across departments
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing projects based on urgency and importance.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities to keep work on track.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and executives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while minimizing impact on timelines and outcomes.
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects
- This is a full-time position requiring 100 percent in-person work.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience using macOS and proficiency with Apple products.
- Must be a collaborative team player, willing to contribute ideas and work closely with colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables and meet numerous deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with other departments
- Comfortable presenting status updates in meetings and across digital platforms.
- Adaptability to think quickly and effectively in time-sensitive situations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure projects are easily accessible across departments.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience working in product development
- Experience with Asana or other project management software.
- Project management skills to assist other departments in meeting goals.
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
