Presser (Shirts, Pants, Utility) – ZIPS Cleaners

The Presser is responsible for operating pressing equipment to finish shirts, pants, and other garments to ZIPS Cleaners quality standards. This role includes inspecting garments for quality, removing wrinkles, shaping garments for a professional appearance, and ensuring items are completed accurately and on time. The Presser works in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Press and finish shirts, pants, and utility garments using professional pressing equipment.
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, and quality issues before and after pressing.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring high-quality results.
• Follow company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous pressing or dry-cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift garments throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and positive team attitude.
