Location: Warsaw, IN – WFH available if located near Warsaw, IN

Pay: $32-36/hour DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a North America Talent Acquisition team and support the recruitment of high-performing Sales professionals.

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and successfully guide both candidates and hiring teams through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, consultative recruiter who can build credibility with hiring managers, identify top talent in competitive markets, and create an engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit and source high-quality Sales and commercial talent using LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability, compensation insights, and alternative recruiting strategies when appropriate.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with position requirements.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the interview and selection process.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage offers and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes for both candidates and the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support diversity-focused recruiting initiatives and incorporate inclusive sourcing practices throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, competitive talent markets, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting projects.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting Sales, commercial, or other customer-facing professionals strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong candidate sourcing and talent identification skills.
• Experience conducting candidate screens and assessments.
• Experience managing offers, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and other HR technology.
