Payment Processor

Pay: Negotiable $19- $22

Location: Largo, FL

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Sort, open, organize, and scan incoming mail using high-speed OPEX scanners.
• Package processed remittances for delivery to clients and banks.
• Ensure all accounts are processed according to client specifications.
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Flexibility to cross-train in related roles and assist with various business needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payment processing, working in a HIPAA-compliant facility, financial institution, or lockbox experience, Medical payment poster and Medical billing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literate and proficient with a 10-key pad.
• Basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• High school diploma required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
