Inside Sales Representative

Zing Recruiting is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Congers, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting Account Managers, and keeping projects and customer needs moving forward.

• Pay: $25-$32 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

• Location: Congers, NY

• Work Arrangement: 100% onsite

• Employment Type: Contract

• Anticipated Start Date: September 8, 2026

• Support the Sales Team with daily activities that contribute to sales and revenue growth

• Assist Account Managers with customer accounts, projects, and ongoing sales activities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers when Account Managers are unavailable

• Respond to customer questions and help ensure requests are handled accurately and promptly

• Coordinate with internal departments to keep customer needs and projects moving forward

• Partner with teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Operations, and Industrial Operations

• Maintain accurate customer and account information

• Help track orders, projects, requests, and follow-up activities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team

• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal partners

• Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related role

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments

• Ability to take ownership of customer requests and follow through to completion

• Experience supporting Account Managers or a B2B sales organization is a plus

• Manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal care, or similar industry experience is a plus

This role gives you the chance to be at the center of the customer experience, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while helping Account Managers deliver excellent service and grow customer relationships.
