Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential to ensuring our dealer partners, retail customers, and internal sales teams have the information and support they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about bikes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our dealer network and direct customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency using our CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist outside sales reps with account management, product information, and sales reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our bike models, accessories, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Track sales leads, customer inquiries, and follow-ups to support team goals.
• Help onboard new dealers and provide product training as needed.
• Participate in special sales promotions, product launches, and trade show support.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (bike industry a big plus!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and order entry software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cycling and an understanding of bicycle components and culture is a strong asset.
