What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and fax.
• Receive, process, and verify spare parts and repair orders.
• Generate quotes and provide pricing information.
• Communicate order status updates and lead times.
• Process order modifications and coordinate changes with internal departments.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Technical Support teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Perform data entry and administrative support tasks.
• Help drive customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and internet-based applications.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience working in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Previous experience using ERP systems.
• Oracle experience is highly preferred.
