Mortgage Customer Service

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a talent individual who will be the primary contact for Mortgage Customer Service loan inquiries and respond to oral and written communications.

Job Summary

• Shifts Available: 8am to 5pm
• Pay range: $30
• Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, collection staff with billing statements and payment posting inquiries.
• Assist the Payoff/Satisfaction department in the preparation of payoff statements for borrowers, settlement agents, and closing departments.
• Review in detail the complexity of initial and annual escrow analysis statements with borrowers
• Prepare amortization schedules
• respond to basic tax and insurance questions
• review and resolve all customer service complaints
• receive and process borrower telephone payments
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-7 years of customer service or call center experience within mortgage services
