What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Receptionist position at Ziegler CAT?
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and forward to appropriate individual or department
- Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet
- Obtains necessary information on new markets, divisions, and personnel, in order to appropriately handle all incoming calls and walk-ins concerning Ziegler operations
- Assists Sales team by making hotel reservations for out of town employee’s, ordering food, and assisting on any other projects
- Maintains phone listings, organized company product and services information for various divisions and markets
- Performs clerical tasks related to managing the reception unit
- Files, types, enters data, maintains records, and uses and complete formers related to the reception operation
- Ordering and stocking general office supplies for the building
- Coordinates and directs work schedules of the reception operation and ensures back-up staff is appropriately utilized and trained
- Performs administrative support for Operations, Finance, Product Managers, and Region Managers
Qualifications:
- High School Degree/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of related experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Cisco Phone Systems knowledge preferred
- Personal Attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Consideration for others / Empathy, Self-Confidence, Sociability
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Hearing and talking.

The pay range for this position is
$20.15 to $24.17Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
