POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Concierge serves as the first point of contact and hospitality ambassador for the Corporate Resource Center while providing administrative and operational support to the President of First Impressions and the Corporate Resource Center. This role ensures a welcoming environment for visitors and team members while supporting daily office operations, vendor programs, logistics, and corporate initiatives that contribute to exceptional first impressions across New Perspective Senior Living Communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Office Coordination & Hospitality
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors, maintaining a professional, welcoming, and hospitality-focused environment while exhibiting a polished, professional, and well-groomed personal appearance
- Ensure the Corporate Resource Center is always presentation-ready, delivering a strong first impression that is organized, polished, and appropriate for high-level visitors
- Support the President of First Impressions in creating positive visitor and workplace experiences
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, mail processing, phone management, and general office coordination
- Oversee procurement of supplies for Corporate Resource Center operations and internal events using a company-issued credit card.
- Maintain detailed records of all purchases, including receipt tracking and documentation, to ensure compliance with expense reporting processes.
Vendor Coordination
- Assist the President of First Impressions with coordination of community-related services, national vendors, and organizational memberships
Office Operations & Facilities
- Coordinate services with janitorial providers, property management, and maintenance vendors for the Corporate Resource Center.
- Monitor facility needs and help maintain a welcoming workplace environment, including care of interior and exterior plants and décor
Inventory & Logistics
- Maintain office supply inventory, oversee the company store, and manage shipping, receiving, and promotional supply coordination.
Meetings & Workplace Experience
- Assist the President of First Impressions with preparation and coordination of organizational meetings and office events
- Coordinate and execute weekly Corporate Resource Center lunch service (every Tuesday), including setup, service, and thorough post-event cleanup
- Support hospitality and food service for team training and internal events, ensuring spaces are prepared and reset
- Coordinate and execute seasonal and holiday décor to create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment
Office Readiness & Organization
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and always remains tour-ready
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–4 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, good communication, and customer service with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and Teams
- Knowledge of Docusign, Click Up or similar project management tools (preferred)
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling company information and supporting leadership initiatives

Hourly Pay:
$19 - $24 Depending upon experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8-4:30
