ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a full-service restaurant opening soon and looking for three experienced Front of House Supervisors to join our founding team. You will lead your section and shift with confidence — keeping service standards high, supporting your team on the floor, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This role is a strong fit for senior servers or team leads ready to step into formal supervisory responsibility. You will work closely with the Floor Manager and serve as the point person for staff and guests throughout your shift. We are hiring for both AM (opening) and PM (closing) tracks — please indicate your shift preference when you apply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead all front-of-house operations during your assigned shift, including opening or closing duties
- Supervise and support section staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service throughout service
- Proactively ensure guest satisfaction — address needs in the moment and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Assist the Floor Manager with daily briefings, team check-ins, and operational tasks
- Maintain table pacing, section cleanliness, and service flow standards
- Relay timing and coordination updates between the floor and kitchen
- Help onboard and mentor new team members during pre-opening training
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to independently manage a section and lead a team through a complete shift
- Strong guest service instincts — you read the room and act before issues escalate
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred
- Calm, composed, and reliable under the pressure of a busy service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States — we do not sponsor work visas at this time
