ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and people-driven Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining room — setting the standard for service quality, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. You will work closely with our kitchen team, coach front-line staff, and step in to resolve issues with professionalism and care.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and communicates effectively in both English and Chinese.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow throughout each shift
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service across the dining room
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with composure and professionalism
- Develop staff schedules and manage daily floor assignments
- Lead ongoing staff training and performance coaching
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to align timing, pacing, and service standards
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of restaurant management experience, with front-of-house focus preferred
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Proven leadership ability — you lead by example and bring out the best in your team
- Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and management
- Calm problem-solving approach under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Must be legal and authorized to work in the U.S.
