The Opportunity
We are conducting an exclusive search for a Mid-level Litigation Associate to join a rapidly expanding litigation team dividing your time between the Defense and Coverage teams.
This position is ideal for an attorney with at least four or five years of experience.
Candidates must be admitted in California.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Develop case strategies and assist with claim investigations
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
