In this role, you will ensure the seamless funding for accounts from Notice to Proceed through Final Authorization. This position requires proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, sales partners, operations teams, and other stakeholders. The Funding Agent must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering elite levels of customer service within strict timelines.Key Responsibilities:Ensure each project has all necessary documents and accurate information, addressing any potential issues or delays, then submit following financier’s strict requirements and deadlinesManage funding change orders that are a result of adjusted system requirements or deviations at install, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to move projects efficiently to final fundingManage funding rejections by working closely with the operations and field teams to fix issues in a timely manner and manage resubmittals to receive final fundingQualifications:1-3 years of solar industry and/or funding submission experienceProven ability to quickly assess, identify root causes, and address problems with a focus on finding practical solutions to ensure project successExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, operations teams, and finance partnersComfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirementsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyWhy Work at Zeo Energy?Be part of an innovative team dedicated to renewable energy and sustainabilityOpportunities for professional growth and advancement in a growing industryCompetitive pay, 401(k), benefits, and a supportive work environmentZeo Energy is an equal-opportunity employer.
