Position: Clinical Staff Educator – Surgery

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Staff Educator – Surgery to join a dynamic healthcare team in Hermiston, OR! This role is ideal for an experienced OR Registered Nurse with a passion for education, staff development, and quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon RN License
- BLS/HCP CPR Certification
- ACLS, PALS & CNOR Required
- Minimum 5 Years Hospital Nursing Experience
- Minimum 3 Years OR Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required
- Teaching/Education experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing and teaching educational programs
- Simulation training/manikin experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and train clinical staff
- Develop educational programs with department leaders
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct staff evaluations and learning assessments
- Utilize simulation software and training tools
Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,900.00 per week
