Experience
- Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience - Required

- Experience teaching clinical staff and developing educational courses - Preferred
- Experience evaluating learning processes and educational outcomes - Preferred
- Experience utilizing simulation manikins and simulation software - Preferred
- Experience as a Clinical Staff Educator - Preferred
- Experience with teaching theories and adult learning models - Preferred
- Experience with electronic health record systems - Preferred
License
- Active Oregon RN License - Required
Certifications
- BLS/HCP CPR - Required
- ACLS - Required
- PALS - Required
- CNOR - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - Required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Strongly Preferred
