Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to provide and coordinate individualized addiction treatment services. This role includes conducting patient assessments, delivering psycho-educational sessions, and providing both individual and group counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized substance use disorder treatment plans
- Conduct group and individual counseling sessions
- Deliver psycho-educational lectures
- Document patient progress in medical records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Report directly to the Clinical Supervisor
Requirements
Active Washington State SUDP License
Minimum 2–3 years of addiction treatment experience
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
Trainees with 1,800 hours of experience may be considered
Pay: Up to $2,246.00 per week
