Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract
Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments of hemodialysis patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer, monitor, and document treatments and therapeutic interventions
- Manage patient care stations and delegate tasks effectively
- Assist providers before, during, and after dialysis procedures
- Coordinate additional care or referrals when required
- Collect lab specimens and perform quality control checks
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and disease management
- Participate in daily huddles, meetings, and clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Wisconsin RN License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Minimum 9 months of clinical nursing experience
- At least 3 months of dialysis experience (acute or chronic setting)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,360.00 per week
