We are currently hiring a Business Management Trainee to develop future leaders through hands-on training in team leadership, business operations, client relations, and performance management.

As a Business Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day operations of the business while supporting teams that represent AT&T's Fiber Internet services.
Core Functions of the Business Management Trainee
- Participate in daily management training focused on business operations, leadership, and client support.
- Assist with coordinating team activities and ensuring daily operational objectives are met.
- Support leadership with team development, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Help maintain accurate operational records, activity reports, and customer documentation.
- Build positive relationships with customers while representing AT&T services professionally.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, communication, and overall team efficiency.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops.
- Develop a strong understanding of AT&T products and services to effectively support customer-facing teams.
Education & Experience Needed for the Business Management Trainee
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, must be 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, or team environments is a plus but not required.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
