Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people and making a positive impression? We are looking for an outgoing Community Outreach Associate to represent AT&T while building relationships throughout the Milwaukee community.
As a Community Outreach Associate, you'll connect with customers face-to-face, educate them on AT&T's products and services, answer questions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. You'll also learn valuable communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills that can help you grow into future leadership opportunities. No experience? No problem. We provide training and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders.
Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Associate:
- Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage with customers in community outreach campaigns
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Answer questions and provide personalized recommendations
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Work alongside teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications of the Community Outreach Associate:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Team-oriented mindset
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
