As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll represent AT&T's wireless and connectivity solutions, meet with customers in person, and help them understand products and services that fit their needs. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop communication, relationship-building, and valuable sales techniques in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative
- Connect with customers to introduce AT&T wireless and connectivity solutions.
- Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and technology offerings.
- Learn customer needs and recommend solutions based on their preferences to maintain customer satisfaction and local business sales.
- Create positive customer experiences through professional communication and personalized service.
- Answer questions regarding products, plans, and service options with accuracy and enthusiasm.
