Responsible for preanalytical, analytical, and postanalytical processes in all areas of the clinical laboratory. Works independently as a Generalist under the direction of the Laboratory Director and the Laboratory Manager.
- Generalist, must be able to perform analysis on different department of lab e.g. Clinical Microscopy, Coagulation Studies, Hematology, General Chemistry, Immunology, Serology, Toxicology, Virology, Endocrinology, Immunohematology and must be able to perform Phlebotomy.
- Must be able to work independently, multitasking effectively and in a timely manner.
- Must be knowledgeable of Quality Assurance, advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of different analyzers.
- Must be able to work in different shifts.
