Position: Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our laboratory department. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank.
This role requires the ability to work independently, as the CLS may be the sole laboratory professional on duty during certain shifts. The candidate should be comfortable supporting both inpatient and outpatient services while ensuring accurate, timely results and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:- Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
- Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital or critical access setting
- Strong generalist experience in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank
