We are seeking a full time Junior Launch Manager to work with our Marketing team. As a Junior Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy and launch of marketing initiatives. You will also be a key member to the success, growth and vision of the organization. You must be able to work in the office at our headquarters in Boise, ID.
About You
You have at least 1 year experience of project management with Marketing Initiative Project Management. Marketing Agency environment preferred but not required..
You’re great at launching initiatives/services/products with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’re a pro at prioritizing with superb attention to detail.
You’re analytical, methodical, and work with a high degree of accuracy. You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.
You're a team player. You have an open mind to learn from others on your team and you are confident sharing your ideas with all levels of the organization. You realize working and collaborating with others creates better outcomes for you, the team and our company.
You are flexible. You are willing to practice adaptability in our fast-moving, high-growth environment. You understand change is a part of daily work and you’re comfortable keeping a fast-pace, working in some ambiguity and striving to get clarity through excellent communication.
Things You Might Do
In your day-to-day work, here are some things you’ll be doing:
Manage daily progress on marketing initiatives as they go to market.
Deliver progress and performance reports to the leadership team on a regular basis
Direct efforts across teams of launches of all relevant deliverables making sure it is in line with our vision, is compliant and exceeds customer expectations
Attend marketing team meetings
Work closely with our COO to drive success and vision of launches thru to the finish line
Coordinate with appropriate teams to establish promotional relationships with other brands to promote the active and completed projects

The target compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, based on qualifications and experience.
