Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients during day and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly licensed LPNs and experienced candidates with 6 months of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and quality nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, assess changes, and promptly report significant findings to the RN or healthcare provider.
- Measure and document vital signs, patient observations, and nursing care accurately in medical records.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility as needed.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, ambulation, and fall-prevention measures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, RNs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire or Multistate LPN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Open to new LPNs.
- Candidates with 6 months of LPN experience are welcome.
