Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients and residents during day and night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed RNs as well as candidates with 6 months of nursing experience who are committed to delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and high-quality nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Assess patients’ health conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Monitor, measure, and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as needed.
- Report significant changes in patients’ health status promptly to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Perform nursing procedures and clinical assessments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation to prevent falls and promote mobility.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, treatments, medications, and patient progress.
Requirements
- Current and active NH or multistate RN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Candidates with 1 year of RN experience are welcome.
