We are seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney who is eager to develop professionally, deliver exceptional client service, and grow with a team committed to excellence.
This position is ideal for an attorney with family law experience seeking meaningful responsibility, courtroom experience, mentorship, and long-term career growth.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $120,000 annually plus performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution with appropriate supervision
- Attend court appearances, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, agreements, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and next steps
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and billing records
Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey law license and good standing with the New Jersey Bar
- Preferred: 3–7 years of family law experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable appearing in court and interacting with clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth
