Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law or a demonstrated interest in employment-related matters.
- Ability to provide practical Legal Advice based on research and client objectives.
- Proficient in legal Research, including use of legal databases and case analysis.
- Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes and advancing client interests.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in New Jersey (or eligibility for prompt admission).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a diverse legal team.
- Prior law firm or clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
