Job SummaryWe’re seeking a highly organized, professional, and adaptable Service Dispatcher & Customer Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will work directly with and in parallel to our Operations Manager, handling inbound service requests, dispatching electricians, supporting executive operations, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This is a key role at the center of our daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan software
Support the Operations Manager with administrative and executive tasks
Communicate with clients, technicians, and vendors with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate service records and job notes in software systems
Monitor ongoing service jobs and adjust dispatch as needed throughout the day
Track technician progress and ensure daily job flow
Follow up with customers post-service for feedback or additional scheduling
Support other departments with light office coordination or executive admin tasks
Maintain a calm, can-do attitude in a high-pressure, service-driven environment
2 years of dispatch, CSR, call center, or executive assistant experience
Background in a trade or service industry (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) highly preferred
College education preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and multitask
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software a big plus
High sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Hospitality mindset — empathetic, patient, and customer-first attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Tech-savvy, especially with iPhones, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
💵 Pay: $28–$31/hour, depending on experience
