Your Day-to-Day - Telecom Customer Service Trainee

  • Engage with business customers face-to-face to understand their telecom needs and present appropriate AT&T solutions.
  • Educate clients on product features and value, guiding them through purchase decisions.
  • Drive sales conversations with confidence, professionalism, and genuine customer care.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth activation experience.
  • Support campaign goals through brand representation and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process updates efficiently.
  • Participate in field training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
