Aegis Powersports is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join its Product team in Santa Clara, California.Founded in 2014 by K2 Insurance Services, Aegis Powersports underwrites and administers vehicle service contracts providing protection beyond factory warranties across the country.Aegis Powersports offers the opportunity to join an established company in growth mode. Our compensation program includes competitive pay; bonus plan; medical, dental and vision insurance with no waiting period; paid time-off in year of hire; and 401(k) with employer match.The primary goal of the Customer Service Specialist is to provide Customer Service Support to Aegis Powersports customers, consisting of contract holders, dealership personnel and vendors.Pay range: $21.63-$25.00 USD/per hourResponsibilities: Respond to email, phone and fax requests for assistance from contract holders, including contract transfers and cancellationsPromptly research and respond to customers' requests for assistance that cannot be resolved during the initial contactCredential and setup new dealers in F&I system, setup dealer portal, create accounting profile, and related tasksQualifications: Attention to detailExcited to learn new skills and be a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational and analytical skillsSolid understanding of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work efficiently with minimal supervisionFlexibility to occasionally attend business related meetings and other events outside of normal business hoursEducation/Experience:The following items are preferred, but not required if you feel you are the ideal candidate!Motorcycle dealership experienceHigh School diploma or higherPrior customer service experienceBilingual English or Spanish
