What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist - REMOTE POSITION position at K2 Security Insurance?
Founded in 2014 by K2 Insurance Services, Aegis Powersports underwrites and administers vehicle service contracts providing protection beyond factory warranties across the country.

The primary goal of the Customer Service Specialist is to provide Customer Service Support to Aegis Powersports customers, consisting of contract holders, dealership personnel and vendors.
Pay range: $21.63-$25.00 USD/per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email, phone and fax requests for assistance from contract holders, including contract transfers and cancellations
- Promptly research and respond to customers' requests for assistance that cannot be resolved during the initial contact
- Credential and setup new dealers in F&I system, setup dealer portal, create accounting profile, and related tasks

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to occasionally attend business related meetings and other events outside of normal business hours
Education/Experience:
The following items are preferred, but not required if you feel you are the ideal candidate!
- Motorcycle dealership experience
- High School diploma or higher
- Prior customer service experience
- Bilingual English or Spanish
