💡 What You’ll Do
You’ll be a connection point between our customers, technicians, and service team — ensuring every refrigeration and HVAC request is handled efficiently, accurately, and with care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians based on workload, skill set, and customer needs.
- Communicating clearly and consistently with technicians, supervisors, and customers to relay updates, resolve issues, and keep work on track.
- Preparing and managing work orders, service schedules, and job documentation.
- Invoicing completed service calls and maintaining accurate records of labor, materials, and expenses.
- Supporting service operations with estimates, purchase orders, and maintenance tracking.
- Following up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of all work.
