Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for HR-related categories, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and lifecycle management. Ensures cost-effective solutions while complying with procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic sourcing, RFx processes, and supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts, terms & conditions, and pricing structures
- Handle pre- and post-award activities (risk analysis, cost analysis, change management)
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and IT teams on vendor selection and contracts
- Oversee category lifecycle and ensure best total cost of ownership
- Use ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) for procurement processes
Required Skills:
- Experience in procurement/sourcing (preferably HR category)
- Knowledge of procure-to-pay, contract types, and negotiation
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in SAP/Ariba and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in HR Benefits (Health & Welfare) sourcing
- ERP expertise (SAP/Ariba) and supplier management
- Relevant certification (e.g., CPM)

Salary : $35 - $38
